CANCELLATION OF APRIL (3RD - 5TH) EVENT

Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the site owners, the National Trust, have decided that any properties owned by them will be temporarily closed following newly released government guidelines - This includes Caddihoe Scout Camp.

Since holding our first event in 2015, we have never had to cancel a game, however, this time due to the decision made by the National Trust to maintain public safety and well being we are having to postpone Event 14 (3rd - 5th April 2020).

It comes with great sadness that due to the site owners decision we cannot run this game as planned.

So, what will happen next?

The site manager is confident that our June event (26th - 28th June 2020) will still go ahead as planned, therefore any plot we were going to run in April will be moved to June. We hope that those planning to attend our April game will be happy with their ticket being transferred to June, or alternatively our September game (25th - 27th September 2020).

If you are unable to make our June or September game, we'll give you credit towards any events in 2021.

If you have already bought tickets for June, these can be transferred to our September game.

If you were signed up to crew our April event, please consider signing up to crew our June and/or September event instead. You can sign up HERE by completing the online form.

I would like to take this opportunity to apologise that due to the National Trust closing venues we cannot run the April game, this matter is unfortunately out of our hands. The staff are heartbroken that this has had to happen, yet we are sure the June game will be looked forward to by all.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us via the online form on our HOMEPAGE.

Thank you for your patience and understanding in the matter.
