The crew are the lifeblood of the system and are provided with several perks free of charge (paid for by the club), such as camping fees and access to amenities not available to players. We expect all crew to participate as fully and as best they can (within reason). If you are not able to partake in role-playing and/or combat-based encounters or are unable to assist with the pack down of the site, as well as other duties (sometimes physical) please contact us via the form on our HOME page before signing up to crew an event so we can discuss any limitations you have and attempt to accommodate them accordingly.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

​

CREW must be at least 16 years old to take part. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian who is 18 or older. One adult can be responsible for up to four minors. We must be informed in advance (via the contact form on our HOME page) who the guardian of the minor/s is, providing a name, address, email and contact telephone number. A guardian must supervise a minor at all times and ensure they are present for the duration of the event the minor is attending. Please be aware that if a guardian fails to supervise a minor at all times, the staff reserve the right to ask them (and the minor/s) to leave the event site. In this instance, full or partial refunds for any tickets purchased will not be issued. Be aware that Neothera Saga UK LARP is not aimed at a young audience. As such, we will not alter or censor potentially disturbing in-character (IC) occurrences (such as gore, bad language, violence and adult subject matter etc.) with a view that minors will be attending a game. By allowing a minor to attend an event, their guardian understands and agrees to our full TERMS & CONDITIONS.
